How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send you the brochure or information you asked for.
• To arrange and manage viewings, weddings, events, table and camping bookings.
• To keep in touch about your booking and answer your questions.
• To understand how the website is used and to improve it, where you have agreed to analytics.

Our lawful bases

We process your information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to perform that contract; on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business; and, for analytics and any marketing, on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

We use VenueFlow (a GoHighLevel product) to receive and manage enquiries, brochure requests and bookings made through this site, so information you submit through our forms is processed on our behalf by that provider. If you have agreed to analytics or marketing cookies, information may also be shared with those providers (for example Google and Meta) in line with our Cookie Policy. We do not sell your personal information, and we only share it where it is necessary to provide our service or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, where you book, to fulfil and keep a record of your booking, after which we securely delete or anonymise it. If you would like us to remove your details sooner, just ask.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us at info@kellingtonmanor.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we have handled your information.
