Weddings

A wedding built around the two of you

A starting point, not a ceiling. Our packages are a foundation, not a fixed order: bring your guest list, your ideas and the things you would rather skip, and we will build the day around them.

How we work

Yours for the day, shaped your way

Because we only host twelve weddings a year, the whole place is yours when it is your turn. Your chosen space, the garden, the bar and our full attention, with no other party next door and nobody hurrying you along.

Say your vows here in the manor lounge, an intimate room for up to fifty, or at St Edmund’s church a short walk up the lane. Then celebrate in the Squires 1892 suite, with everything on the plate cooked here by our own chefs.

The spaces

One house, a new suite and a lot of sky

Use as much or as little as you like. Here is what you have to play with.

The Squires 1892 suite

Seats 100 · up to 150 in the evening

Our main celebration room, added in 2019. Four full-length bifold doors run down one side and open straight onto the garden, so the party can drift in and out all afternoon. Dress it to your colours; it takes decoration well and cleans up beautifully.

  • Its own bar, in the room
  • Bifold doors to the garden and patio
  • Space for a dance floor and a DJ

The manor lounge

Intimate ceremonies, up to 50

A room in the original 1892 house for couples who want to say their vows somewhere smaller and warmer. High ceilings, older bones, and everyone you love within arm’s reach.

  • In the historic part of the house
  • A short walk from the suite
  • Close and personal by design
The paddock and open fields at Kellington Manor

The gardens, patio and paddock

Outdoor space · room for a marquee

Lawns and a patio right off the suite, and a large paddock beyond for photographs or a marquee if you want to go bigger. Open fields on every side and the church tower in the distance.

  • Marquee space in the paddock
  • Somewhere for the dog to stretch
  • Fields and big skies for photos
St Edmund’s church near Kellington Manor

St Edmund’s church

300 metres up the lane

For a traditional church wedding, St Edmund’s is a three hundred metre walk away. Marry there, then wander back to us for the reception, with no long drive between the two.

  • A short, easy walk
  • A proper Yorkshire church
  • Ceremony and party, minutes apart

The full picture lives in the brochure

Every wedding is priced to what you actually want, so rather than a number on a page, we put it all in the brochure: what is included, how it works and what it costs. Add your details and we will send it straight over.
